The Impact of Fast Food and Pollution on Our Health and Society
In today’s world, the increasing consumption of fast food and the careless disposal of plastic waste are silently destroying not just individual health but also the well-being of our entire society. Regular intake of unhealthy, processed food weakens our immunity, reduces our sense of taste and smell, and contributes to serious health problems such as cancer, infertility, and genetic disorders. Furthermore, the pollution caused by industrial and domestic waste contaminates our water sources, which in turn affects the vegetables and fruits we consume. These polluted foods enter our bodies, making us weak and vulnerable to various diseases. The condition is so alarming that the dirt of cities has reached the villages, and the waste of villages is finding its way back into the cities, creating a vicious cycle of contamination and disease. This situation clearly indicates that if we wish to improve our lives and build a healthier society, we must adopt a diet of pure and natural food. Only by nurturing the environment and consuming wholesome food can we secure the health of our future generations. What we give to society eventually comes back to us—this is the harsh reality we cannot ignore.
